    HR Administrator Location: Duxbury Park, Chorley (opportunity for hybrid working) 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday Whether you are passionate about an employee's journey or have transferable administrative skills, our HR Administrator role could be for you! This is an exciting time to join our HR team. As an HR Administrator there will be a strong focus on recruitment. You will help managers post their roles via our applicant tracking system and will learn to advise them on their struggling roles. You will be an integral part of the success of the organisation's recruitment strategy. This is a fantastic opportunity to develop the talent offering, support the wider business around recruitment, on-boarding, retention and becoming an employer of choice in the local areas. The role is flexible in terms of location offering working from home or hybrid working and may involve travel to sites. The office overlooks the scenic Duxbury golf course with Access to the onsite restaurant. Some of your day to day responsibilities: In this varied role, you'll provide a hands on recruitment service: Managing the shared inboxes for onboarding and recruitment You will manage all of the onboarding paperwork for Management roles and be the point of contact for onboarding queries for Managers within the business. You will liaise with the payroll team to ensure that they have new starter information to input them onto our HRIS System. You will post out roles through our internal recruitment platform to external job boards. Research and choose job advertising options which work best and the specific roles; utilising social media marketing campaigns, niche job boards and publications/journals Continually improve and build upon direct sourcing opportunities and to be aware of competitor advances ensuring relevant recruitment campaigns are cost effective and within budget Taking detailed briefs from hiring managers on our critical roles Support key stakeholders and our HR Business Partners to deliver the recruitment strategy Work with the Applicant Tracking System to ensure it is effectively utilised, kept updated and support operational managers with using the system and recruiting their staff. System administration, management, upkeep and improvement Take responsibility for administering the end to end recruitment process from authorisation to appointment. Manage ad hoc administrative tasks within the HR team Attend team meetings to share ideas with each other and to catch up on company events You have: Previous experience in recruitment administration, candidate management, and onboarding is advantageous, however transferable administrative skills are also desirable. The ability to manage a number of stakeholder relationships and the confidence to advise management on processes. Excellent attention to detail. Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work on your own initiative. The ability to manage a high volume workload and demonstrate proactivity and initiative. A professional, approachable attitude when dealing with confidential information. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbally, and are capable of liaising with people at all levels within the business. The ability to work unsupervised, or as part of a team.
