Graduate Customer AdvisorSupporting our professional services client, you will be dealing with customer queries from clients. This is a technical customer service role.The role is fully office based / hybrid after training is complete.There are fantastic benefits on offer, and you will be working in a friendly, team focused environment.Salary is circa up to £25,000 per annum depending on experience.Duties will include:

• Dealing with customers over the phone and via email, handling and resolving enquiries
• Supporting with administration tasks
