    The Role:
    As a Customer Operations Administrator, you will play a vital role in maintaining smooth operations and fostering strong relationships with clients. Whether you're a second-job seeker aiming to develop in an office environment or an experienced professional seeking a role where you can hit the ground running, this position offers the perfect blend of challenge and growth.
    • Process and manage customer orders, enquiries, and requests promptly and accurately
    • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless order fulfilment and delivery
    • Assist in resolving customer issues and concerns, providing exceptional support at all times
    • Contribute to the development and implementation of improved operational processes
    • Stay up-to-date with product knowledge to effectively address customer enquiries
    • Liaise with Warehouse & Purchasing to ensure correct stock levels are kept for current & forecasted orders

    The Person:
    • Excellent communication skills, written & verbal
    • Strong organisational abilities and attention to detail
    • Ability to adapt to changing situations and embrace innovation
    • Proficiency in using various software and systems including MS Packages
    • Previous experience in a customer service, administration, or related field (desirable but not essential)
