Our client is looking for someone to join them on a temporary ongoing basis.

You will be providing a professional first point of contact for members of the public and members of staff.

Your duties will include answering telephone/email queries, ensuring all visitors are booked in correctly and communicating all information with the relevant members of staff.

The ideal candidate will be friendly and welcoming, have excellent customer service skills, have a positive attitude and have experience using Microsoft Office packages.

This will be adhoc work to cover sickness and holidays.

Hours of work are 9am-5pm.
