    We have an excellent opportunity for a Customer Account Coordinator to join a busy and growing company in Redditch. This is the ideal role for a high calibre individual from a sales / account management background, looking to join a rapidly expanding company with an attitude to be the best and stay the best in its field. The successful candidate will not only have the opportunity to develop their career and skills but will also be pivotal in the growth and expansion of the business.Our clients are in the education sector offering various services and products so someone with excellent customer service/ account management experience and great organisational skills as our work is quite seasonal some months will be more laid back but the busy times will be super busy! Based within a small, dynamic and rapidly growing company, we're looking for someone to :
    • convert leads we've generated into customers
    • handle the accounts you're responsible for from start to finish
    • chasing up deadlines
    • briefing our design staff
    • ensuring the swift delivery of our clients' goods
    • Retain current customers and win new work through the making and answering of telephone calls and emails
    • Build successful working relationships with clients
    • Record contact and key information within our customer management database
    • Advise clients on the resources we require from them in order to produce their Yearbooks and Hoodies
    • Vet these resources upon receipt and report back to clients promptly with any issues arising
    • Create concise briefs for our design staff
    To be the ideal candidate you should be able to boast excellent communication skills both written and oral. You will need strong organisational skills and a good eye for detail. You should be familiar with software such as Microsoft Word and Excel. A knowledge of print and design would be an advantage.Our team is very supportive and welcoming and if you show ability and enthusiasm there will be reward and progression for your success.
