We are looking to recruit a permanent Helpdesk/Administration clerk to work within a busy environment of a facilities management company dealing with customers, engineers, managers and work colleagues you must have an excellent telephone manner & administration skills, it would be an advantage if you have previously worked on a helpdesk you must be well organised as this is a very busy service desk and at times can be quite stressful the hours are Monday to Friday 08.00am to 17.00pm
