    Job title: PTP Transition Support (Procure to Pay) Location: Warwick Duration: 12 months initially The role: Reporting to the Head of Purchase to Pay, the PtP Transition Support role works closely with the programme team and the wider Purchase to Pay (PtP) team to ensure the establishment and implementation of effective PtP processes for the FSO. The role will be supporting the PtP team with testing, training, and adoption of new processes, to ensure the efficient and effective operation of the PtP function. Responsibilities: Work with FSO programme team to amend/onshore/transfer the PtP processes from National Grid Plc to the FSO. Support the team in transition activities for readiness including process handover and documentation, knowledge transfer, training, data cleansing and acceptance testing to ensure smooth and effective transition from National Grid to the FSO. Support the collation of process pain points and transformation opportunities and support the PtP team in designing and delivering plans to address these. Support the PtP team through Early Life Support (ELS), collating any issues that arise, attending ELS meetings with National Grid Group and ensuring the appropriate remediations are put in place and any acceptance testing required has been adequately performed. Ensure that all invoice processing and vendor management controls are working effectively across PtP and provide a further level of assurance. Proactively seek out and identify any transition issues and support the PtP team to resolve them effectively. Support with ad-hoc PtP activities as required by the Operational Finance leadership team to ensure the level of service in the PtP team is maintained. Support in the development of internal and external communication material to ensure relevant stakeholders are engaged and informed throughout the transition period. Requirements: Experience in purchase to pay processes. Experience of using PtP modules in SAP S/4 HANA, Coupa & SAP Concur. Experience in transformations involving PtP processes. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Good understanding of governance, risk & internal control framework. Adecco is an employment consultancy.
