Senior Quantity Surveyor - Prime Residential My client are a Privately Owned Main Contractor who have been established for c. 15 years, based in SW London. Their projects consist mostly of prime residential refurbishments of single dwellings and luxury apartments for exclusive clients. Typical contract values range from c. £500k to £8m, and include basement digs, refurbishments, and full fit outs. My client have an established presence in some of the most affluent areas in London, including Chelsea, Knightsbridge and Belgravia, and have built a solid reputation for delivering a quality product. They carry a large number of their own internal trades, subcontracting out specialist items such as M&E. My client are currently seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their team for a number of upcoming high end residential projects located in prime central London. With almost no staff turnover, my client are proven to be a great employer who are passionate about their staff. Successful candidates will have stable careers, along with previous experience working on high end residential refurbishment projects, and will be able to oversee two projects at any one time. This is a permanent position and my client are looking for Senior Quantity Surveyors who want a long term career with them, who are ambitious for career progression and would help develop the team.
