We are seeking a Development Technician for a medical device company based in Bristol. Should you have prior experience in electro-mechanical products or it may be that you are working as a technician in a university laboratory. This position plays a crucial role in ensuring the functionality and precision of life-saving medical devices.

Responsibilities

• Stock Management: As the selected candidate you will oversee the procurement and management of stock levels for components and materials necessary for medical device development and maintenance.
• Assembly and Servicing: You will be responsible for the assembly, troubleshooting, and servicing of medical devices, with a focus on diagnosing and resolving issues to maintain optimal performance.
• Calibration: Regular calibration of medical devices is a core responsibility, ensuring ongoing accuracy and compliance with industry standards.
• Collaboration: As the Development Technician you will collaborate closely with the engineering team to provide valuable insights and support for process and product development.
• Documentation: Accurate record-keeping related to stock inventory, device servicing, and calibration activities will be essential.
