Commercial Finance Broker - Bridging Finance, Development Finance & Commercial Mortgages

Hybrid / Leads Provided - Some travel to London required

This is unique opportunity for a talented Mortgage Broker / Commercial Finance Broker to specialise with in providing property finance solutions within the bridging finance, development finance and commercial mortgage sector. The business helps arrange commercial mortgages for HNW clients from around the world that are looking to buy or develop Commercial and Residential property across the UK.

You will have access to a ready made lead source, arranging finance for property developers, securing finance from some of the best specialist lenders in the market.

If you are a Residential Mortgage Broker with some exposure to bridging, development finance and / or commercial mortgages we would like to hear from you. The residential mortgage market is changing, now is a perfect time to future proof yourself by learning about Commercial Mortgages, Bridging Finance, Development Finance and Private Banking.

Experience required:

• CeMAP Qualified
• You must have a minimum 18 months experience working within the property finance sector (Development Finance, Bridging Finance and Commercial Mortgages).
• You will be self motivated and have strong organisational and communication skills and the ability to develop and maintain relationships with clients.
• Willing to learn and implement new skills and knowledge quickly
• Comfortable dealing with HNW clients and their unique requirements
• Happy to work in a fast-paced environment
• Adept at multi-tasking
• Well organised and a strong communicator

Salary Details:

• £35 - 48k basic + Uncapped Commission + Benefits
• £100k OTE Year 1
• £150k+ OTE Year 2
