Pure are pleased to be supporting a fantastic business near Basildon to join their growing team, this will be a standalone HR role and you will be responsible for managing the recruitment, onboarding, training of new employees, employee relations and also completing the end to end payroll.
The Role - Managing all employee relations issues and disciplinary actions
- Develop and implement human resources policy and procedures
- Taking control of the payroll function from beginning to end
- Develop and implement human resources policies and procedures
- Ensure compliance with employment laws
- Payroll reporting, annual statutory compliance procedures
- Assisting in the development of compensation and benefit plans
- Overseeing performance reviews
Experience required - A strong understanding of HR & Payroll policies and procedures
- Excellent communication skills
- The ability to think strategically
- The ability to build strong relationships with senior stakeholders
