About the role:
As a Senior Account Director, you will play a pivotal role in supporting clients across a varied portfolio of therapy areas with a specific focus on social and digital innovation.
Portfolio Leadership: Act as the day-to-day lead on a portfolio of client accounts. Manage delivery, develop strategy, and utilise senior counsel where needed.
Client Satisfaction: Ensure a high standard of work and superior client service, always with an eye on driving satisfaction that supports client retention and growth.
Thought Partnership: Be a trusted advisor, understanding client issues deeply and offering smart strategic thinking to help them stay ahead of business challenges.
Media Relations: Pitch stories, find creative angles, and maintain relationships with key opinion leaders, media, online influencers, and other relevant third parties.
Budget Management: Oversee client budget development, tracking, billing, and communications.
Business Development: Develop new business through networking, lead generation, responding to external briefs, identifying opportunities for organic growth, and leading proposals and pitches.
Strategic Contribution: Help shape the broader healthcare offering in an enabling environment, where your ideas will truly count.
Integrated Campaigns: Develop integrated campaigns and support digital activations.
Team Development: Inspire, mentor, and motivate junior team members to build a highly inclusive, engaged, and productive team.
