    Functional area: Finance / Controlling

    The main purpose of this role is to design, implement and manage the internal Performance Reporting for the Offshore Operations business, totalling 20 assets across Europe, increasing to a global scope as the offshore business grows over the coming years.

    • Create and maintain a standardised suite of reports which analyse the performance of the RWE Offshore Operations business
    • Engage with senior stakeholders to understand and meet their needs in terms of information, granularity and timing
    • Work with the Offshore Senior Management team, the Fleet Optimisation team and the Performance Optimisation team to develop consistent and comparable KPIs to help steer the Offshore Operations business
    • Drive standardisation of reporting across the global fleet. Ensure the consistency of reporting from asset level to Business level and that Performance Dialogue meetings allow appropriate cascade of information and actions up and down the management hierarchy
    • Be Responsible for the continuous improvement of the internal Performance Reporting Landscape for RWE's global fleet of Operational Assets
    • Implement a normalized internal benchmarking process for the Offshore assets. Ensure that the performance of the assets is transparent and the key drivers of good and poor performance are understood, lessons learned are identified, and remedial actions are tracked and delivered
    • Supporting and coordinating the MTP budget and planning submissions for the Service side of RWE Operations globally. Ensuring appropriate planned numbers are included as necessary for benchmarking and KPI reporting
    • Ensuring that RWE Finance processes, guidelines and best practices are met/used across the Global fleet

    Requirements

    • A University degree or equivalent
    • A relevant professional qualification
    • Strong numerical and analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and information and present it in a clear and logical format
    • Highly developed communication and interpersonal skills to establish and nurture effective working relationships both within the Controlling team and the wider business
    • High level of self-organisation, personal drive, energy and flexibility
    • Familiarity with SAP / MS Office
    • Ability to work successfully across different countries and cultures
    • Strong communication skills
    • Entrepreneurial thinking and mind set
    • Open and team oriented
    • English (fluent)
