    Randstad are excited to be partnering with an exciting boutique organisation in the Construction Industry, seeking a proactive HR Advisor to join their HR function.

    This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced HR professional to join a supportive and experienced team. Given the scope to develop your career and work on a variety of different responsibilities in a Generalist capacity, this is a great opportunity for someone who is looking to strengthen their skills and experience. As a standalone role you will be responsible for the whole spectrum of HR responsibilities for the organisation

    As a standalone role you will be responsible for the whole spectrum of HR responsibilities for the organisation. The successful candidate must have HR experience and knowledge to be able to hit the ground running. You will be responsible for Recruitment, Payroll, Training, Employee Relations and all other aspects of General HR.

    Requirements:

    • Experience in a HR position or similar.
    • CIPD Level 3 qualification or above.
    • Extensive knowledge of HR and Employment Law
    • Strong organisational and planning skills.
    • Strong communication skills and work ethic.
