Looking to recruit a Maintenance Supervisor to join a leading property services company based in Basildon

Responsibilities:

• responsible for the repairs and maintenance part of the organisation, working closely with operatives, sub-contractors and senior management to ensure the contract requirements are not only met but exceeded
• You'll drive excellent service standards, influencing profitability and basic budget management, Health, Safety and Environmental management and compliance, whilst ensuring ensure exceptional customer relationships are maintained.
• Assess resource requirements and support the management of the day-to-day activity, ensuring that all team objectives are met within overall time, cost and budget constraints.

Requirements:

• Experience with a trade background (i.e., plumbing, multi skilled, carpentry etc)
• Well organised, with good Health, Safety and Environmental knowledge,
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the aptitude to communicate at all levels and will be IT literate
• Excellent supervisory skills
• Previous experience of leading and developing teams is preferred
• Experience of working in a social housing at supervisory level
