Recruit4staff is proud to be representing their client, a leading Packaging Manufacturing Company, in their search for a SalesManager to be based in LondonFor the successful Sales Manager our client is offering:

1. Up to £45,000 per annum (Depending on experience)
2. Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week
3. 20 Days holiday + BH
4. Company Pension

8. Permanent Position

The Role - Sales Manager

1. Promote, sell and secure orders from existing and prospective customers
2. Business development, sales calls, and account management, with regular site visits
3. Develop a pipeline of new business & sales leads
4. Securing sales of both existing products and preparation of quotations and proposals for new products
5. Carrying out market research to locate and qualify new prospects
6. Completing sales analysis and reporting
7. Managing & overseeing a team of staff

What we are looking for in a Sales Manager

1. Previous experience with food packaging/ disposable food packaging manufacturing ESSENTIAL
2. Full driving licence ESSENTIAL
3. Previous and proven track record of commercial/industrial sales
4. Previous experience in a supervisory/management role
5. Previous experience selling into retail & commercial customers
6. Excellent communication and organisational skills.
7. Excellent ICT skills
