    The Property & Construction teams at Reed are expanding in the Southern region and are looking for a motivated Trainee or experienced Recruitment Consultants looking to join the team. We work across Mainstream construction, Consultancy, Architecture, Property Management, Surveying, Estates and Facilities Management so any experience or interest in these areas would be beneficial. The role of a Recruitment Consultant within Reed is a professional sales role which can often be quite tough and demanding. For the right person, it is also very rewarding and exciting and can provide an excellent career as well as excellent earning potential. What's the job? This is a varied and challenging role requiring someone resilient and determined to succeed. You will be interacting with business clients and prospective candidates on a daily basis and using your own initiative to gain new business. Day to day the role includes: - Targeted business development, including making outbound calls - Attending meetings with business clients - Sourcing suitable candidates for vacancies - Building and maintaining relationships with candidates and clients - Working to targets and KPIs The service we provide to our clients is really important to us.
