Renault Watford seeks a Vehicle Technician / MOT Tester to join our dealership s workshop.

The role involves routine servicing, MOTs, maintenance and repair of cars to the highest standards whilst maintaining optimal efficiencies and first-time fix.

Candidates should have a current MOT Tester Certification, City & Guilds or NVQ level III in Motor Vehicle Maintenance and Repair and be equipped with own tools. A full UK Driver s licence is also needed in order to carry out diagnostic test drives.

The hours for this job are Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 5pm with 30 min lunch, plus 1-in-4 Saturday mornings on rota, 8:30am to 12:30pm.

In return we offer a basic salary of £36,470 per annum. This comprises Comprising £35,250 pa for weekday work and £1,220 pa for 1-in-4 Saturdays paid at time-and-a-half. We operate a monthly efficiency bonus that is paid on top of this which add circa £4,000-£6,000 pa to your earnings.

We are also offering a £2000 welcome bonus to the successful individual when offered the job on or before 21st December 2023 and commencing work by 19th January 2024. T&Cs apply.
