An experienced Restaurant Manager is required to join the independent and award-winning Priory Hotel & Restaurant in Caerleon just outside Newport. The site hosts 27 individually decorated bedrooms and a 100+ seater restaurant with a concept that has stood the business apart for over 4 decades, delivering memorable experiences to guests, day in and day out.

About the job

As Restaurant Manager you will be responsible for the daily operation of the restaurant. Working alongside the Bar Manager and Hotel Manager to ensure that our guests receive the highest level of service while serving a wide variety of food and drink throughout the day.

The ideal candidate must have previous Restaurant Manager or Assistant Restaurant Manager experience and must be organised and adaptable with excellent communication skills, to be able to train and motivate the FOH team.
