Robertson Bell have partnered with this exciting and fast-paced educational organisation as they go to market for a Student Enrolment Team Leader on a permanent basis. You will be leading a collaborative team in being the face of student recruitment, helping the next generation fulfil their potential!

In this role you will:

• Lead in the delivery of essential information to prospective students by using a variety of different avenues, including virtual and in-person events
• Hold critical oversight over multiple educational departments, ensuring proactive engagement of all parties
• Perform managerial responsibilities over two direct reports, delegating workloads, monitoring performance and providing potential to progress
• Be a key liaison for a variety of stakeholders across the organisation to ensure the recruitment objectives are met
• Take additional team leadership responsibilities during busy periods and provide motivation and support where necessary

The successful candidate will benefit from a flexible working pattern, with over-time on offer, 28+ days annual leave and lots of training and development opportunities. The successful candidate will have a:

• Minimum of 18 month's experience in Recruitment
• Great personality and the confidence to speak to large audiences virtually and in-person
• Prior role where they managed or supervised individuals
• Ideally, a background working in the higher education sector, but this is by no means essential
