    Robertson Bell are partnering with a fantastic Housing Association who are seeking a Head of Financial Planning and Performance to join their growing finance team on a permanent basis. This exciting role will take ownership of the FP&A function to lead on the production and analysis of the organisation's long term financial plans, as well as provide valuable analysis on any upcoming investment opportunities.

    The main responsibilities of the Head of Financial Planning and Performance include:

    • Management of the FP&A team, driving improvements in their engagement in the business, identifying and implanting changes to processes to ensure the team reaches their full potential.
    • Review and analyse the organisation's long term financial plan for the regulator, getting into the detail where required, and presenting high level analysis to the Senior Leadership Team.
    • Work closely with other Senior Stakeholders to improve the cohesiveness of strategy across the business in line with the group's long-term financial objectives.
    • Undertake financial modelling on upcoming and existing investments to support the understanding of viability and internal rates of return.

    • A fully qualified accountant.
    • Experienced in producing long-term financial plans for the Social Housing Regulator.
    • A strong team manager.
    • A first-class communicator with excellent stakeholder management skills.
