    We are a cyber security distribution business based in London, and we are looking for an experienced and motivated Internal Sales Account Manager to join our team.The successful candidate will have a working knowledge of cyber security, a passion for sales, and a desire to work in a fast-paced environment.

    Responsibilities:

    • Work closely with the sales team to determine customer needs and provide customer service
    • Develop and maintain relationships with existing customers
    • Generate new customer leads and establish customer relationships
    • Answer customer inquiries and resolve customer complaints
    • Analyze market trends and identify potential sales opportunities
    • Provide technical support and advice to customers
    • Develop and implement sales strategies to increase sales
    • Monitor customer accounts and ensure timely payments
    • Keep up-to-date with the latest cyber security trends

    Requirements:

    • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
    • At least 3 years of experience in sales and customer service
    • Knowledge of cyber security products and services
    • Proven track record of achieving sales targets
    • Excellent customer service and communication skills
    • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to multi-task
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software
