Adapting seamlessly to changing project needs and supporting your team. Building strong relationships with contractors and stakeholders for seamless project execution. Problem-solving and proactive initiative-taking to enhance team performance.What we need from you: Exceptional organizational skills and prioritization abilities. Experience in managing customer complaints via email and telephony. Proficiency in numeracy, literacy, and IT skills, including Excel. Outstanding verbal and written communication skills. Demonstrated empathy and patience for customers, always striving to do what's right. Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and meet deadlines. Meticulous attention to detail for accurate documentation and data input. Willingness to embrace change and tackle new challenges head-on. Professional representation of E.ON to stakeholders. Experience with Microsoft Teams and MS Dynamics is a plus.
