    What you'll do:
    • Contribute to define Sky's Service future vision and our definition of service maturity. Define the governance, standards & service experience metrics to demonstrate improvements.

    • Identify how new and existing services scale for the future, how changes impact their reliability, how will they be maintained etc including organisational impact (skills, operating model, culture). Detect risks, deficiencies, legacy, and technical debt, and recommends solutions for improvement.

    • Produce an enterprise level view of the interaction between services that allows Group Technology to understand and explain the multifaceted story about how we deliver services e2e including 3rd party suppliers, their contracts, and dependencies.

    • Define the business and cost models, roadmap and plans to address the gaps between future and current state, in sync with the Technology budgeting planning process, so our services are designed and built for operability

    What you'll bring:
    • You are an authority on "all things service" (ITSM, ITIL, SRE, automation, resilience & reliability, AI ops, RPA, etc) and how to improve them (Lean, 6-sigma, TQM, BPR, value chain analysis, data modelling, etc)

    • Experience analysing business strategy, market and industry trends to define the requirements, principles and models that guide service evolution.

    • Highly analytical: you can process large amounts of data and information and distil it

    • Able to explain abstract and technical concepts and their relation to business and customer value

    • Delivery orientated. You are hands on thrive on making things happen!

    • Builds relationships and collaborates wide and deep in organisations
