Lead Service Designer Outside IR35 London/Hybrid £450+p/d
SR2 are engaging with a large IT consultancy firm specialising across multiple industries.
Their focus is on improving customer experience to drive seamless and enjoyable experiences.
Essential Skills:
- 3-5+ year experience in a service design role
- Experience working with others in a team and to be an influence and inspiration to others
- Evident thought for detail, with a deep understanding of contextual research
- Happy to build and design structures from scratch
- Ability to push ideas that will help consolidate and develop the methodologies used by the team
- Contribute ideas within the team and engage with others at professional engagements
- Articulate on a visual, written and spoken level, communicating ideas effectively
- Strong analytical skills, with relevant and evident use of both qualitative and quantitative research to shape the design direction
- You will need to demonstrate examples where you have planned, conducted and created user research within an agency environment.
- Ability to lead and mentor young members of team
- Able to communicate with Stakeholders, Product Managers, Designers and others involved in the desing process and able to express and explain their designs that will encourage others
- Utilising your current skillset in order to create and executive a high level of quantitative and qualitative research that will be focused towards growing the end-client's capabilities.
- Working with the team, being a 'good human' that can trust and work smoothly with others when in a fast-paced environment
- Creating and producing service blueprints and scalable user journeys
- You will need to come to the London office 2-3 days per week.
