We have an exciting new 6 month contract position available with Honda for a European R2R Operations Manager to work within the motor division, based in Bracknell.

This role has just become available due to a secondment and has opened up an opportunity for someone with exceptional transformation and process skills to work for an amazing global brand. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the R2R activities within the outsourced Fiance and Procurement Centre.

Duties include:

• Developing and implementing the current plan for the R2R work stream.
• Monitoring the end-to-end process of the R2R work-stream on a Pan E basis.
• Identify process requirements and ensuring coaching , mentoring and training needs across the business and the FPC are understood and met.

The successful candidate will be a qualified accountant with significant experience in operating within a finance shared service environment.

Knowledge of Trintech Cadency is advantageous or similar reconciliation tool. Audit, risk management and compliance experience is also beneficial. Advanced R2R systems and process knowledge and SAP are essential.

For your hard work and commitment to Honda, you will be rewarded with a 35 hour week, meaning a lovely 1pm finish on a Friday and a 50/50 hybrid working split, allowing for that perfect work/life balance. This role is inside IR35 and salary equivalent is £52,248( £200 per day).
