    • Salary: £28,000 - £30,000
    • Location: St Albans
    • Contract: Permanent
    • Hours: Full Time 9:00am 5:30pm

    COMPANY

    Our client who are in the Financial Service industry are looking for an experienced Team Leader. The successful candidate will have proven experience managing a team and a background in Customer Service.

    SKILLS REQUIRED

    • Previous experience in a similar role
    • Experience working in Customer Service
    • Working in the Financial Service industry would be a bonus
    • Excellent communication skills and a professional telephone manner
    • Works well in a fast-paced environment

    RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Organise the team members workload, and delegate tasks.
    • Ensure the team are reaching daily targets and KPI s.
    • Ensure call quality is maintained and procedures are followed.
    • Provide an exceptional service to clients and resolving and issues efficiently.
    • Ensure records and data are kept up to date.
    • Adhere to FCA and other regulatory requirements.
    • Monitor calls and provide reports to management team.
