Asset & Configuration Manager required to work for our leading client based in Northwest. This is a fantastic opportunity for an individual with policy / process implementation experience in the Asset & Config space. You will be working with colleagues across the IT estate to ensure the maintenance and control of the Configuration Management Database . Flex / hybrid working model with 2-3 days onsite.

Responsible for the end-to-end Configuration Management process and integration with other technology service management processes,

Liaise with Change Management to ensure any Change has detail of any CI(s) that may have changed as part of the Change

You'll have worked in an asset and configuration management role, responsible for developing the maturity of the process and data.

Good interpersonal skills are required to help bring Colleagues within IT & Service on the journey to show the benefits of this function.

We require a good understanding of IT with sound administration & communication skills.

Create, implement and communicate of the service asset management policy and standards

Develop and provide reporting to relevant stakeholders championing configuration management across the organisation including IT change delivery & 3rd parties
