A great opportunity has arisen for a marketer to join a leading and fast-growing organisation supporting the marketing team to in creating successful marketing campaigns.
Role and responsibilities:
- Plan and execute successful marketing campaigns to support the company's business targets
- Create compelling written copy and visuals for creative marketing campaigns
- Manage marketing data and lists in Hubspot
- Analyse campaign performance metrics to optimise results
- Manage the process for developing marketing materials across all divisions of e di PIE - editorial, events and recruitment
- Devise and manage social media campaigns from concept and to completion, including tracking their success
- Data / community manager - responsible for continually growing our marketing lists. Report regularly on how many new members of The PIE community we have added and where they are from, who they are. Monitor engagement of our marketing contacts - remove people who aren't actively engaged with us and replace with fresh contacts.
Skills and experience required:
- Highly skilled copywriter - Able to write creative and compelling content for websites, mailers, emails, adverts and social media campaigns
- Web skills - knowledge of how to structure websites and edit WordPress sites
- Social media expert - Able to create impactful social campaigns across multiple platforms
- Excellent attention to detail
- Design skills - ability to put together stylish designs on Canva, and source and select great photos for marketing campaigns
- Hubspot experience, in particular segmenting data and lists to support marketing campaigns. Ability to analyse data and metrics
- Strong verbal communication skills and a team player
- Creative flair to develop engaging visual content across a range of platforms and media
- Video editing stills and Canva proficient. Desirable use of Adobe
