We are looking for a Property Administrator to join our ever-expanding team in this newly created role! The role of Property Administrator is responsible for providing support to our surveying team consisting of Home-Based Fire Risk Assessors and Building Surveyors through a positive, organised and professional approach. Managing the Surveyor email inbox and liaising with surveyors and colleagues in order to answer/resolve enquiries in a positive manner either on the phone or via email. Dealing with queries from Property Managers and other colleagues on quotation requests and new instructions. Being the main point of contact and support for the team, coordinating work and enquiries accordingly. Assisting surveyors in preparation of tender documents and liaison with tendering contractors. Managing the team trackers and spreadsheets ensuring that all information is accurate and relevant. Support colleagues within the department to ensure a timely and consistent delivery of service. Administration of Risk Assessment actions and completion forms with Property Managers. Maintaining administration of job filing and report issuing. Key contact for all team members, coordinating and organising the team to ensure a timely and consistent delivery of service.Do you have these skills? Excellent communication and organisational skills. Great levels of Customer Service. Highly computer literate, including intermediate Microsoft Office skills (intermediate Excel is a must). Some experience of Property Management would be desirable. Ability to work independently and prioritise/juggle multiple tasks accordingly. Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively and confidently on all levels.TPG are proud to be part of the Odevo Group.
