As Policy and Stakeholder Manager, you will work closely with the Director of the team and senior staff to project manage thought leadership, produce insights and co-ordinate policy consultations. You will manage stakeholders to ensure depth and breadth of input and ensure buy in of the final submissions and reports.

You will also identify opportunities to maximise impact and reach, through liaising with colleagues and external partners, to ensure the organisation is participating in the right forums and expanding their network and reach.

As Policy and Stakeholder Manager you will

• Lead of project management of key pieces of research and thought leadership, including writing briefs and editing reports.
• Coordinate policy submissions relating to corporate governance and stewardship, including collecting feedback from stakeholders, writing up meeting notes and collating feedback into draft policy submissions.
• Identify opportunities for increasing the institutes reputation and influence.
• Support the Corporate Governance Committee through helping shape the agenda and leveraging the committee's and advisory groups expertise.

To be successful in the role

• You will have relevant experience in Corporate Governance, Stewardship or a relevant field.
• You will have demonstrable work experience in a relevant environment, such as management consulting/advisory, think tank, NGO, business, industry or professional association.
• You will have a high level of strategic understanding of issues and developments pertaining to Corporate Governance and Stewardship.
• You will ideally have some experience in policy consultation, and how to influence policy makers.
