TSA Surveying is working in partnership with a Building Surveying Consultancy, looking for a Stock Condition Surveyor to carry out Stock Condition Survey and RDSAP assessments in St Austell. These surveys will be carried out on social housing properties across St Austell, all surveys will be carried out using asset management software on a tablet device, with training provided, this will be a total of six months with a possibility of future contracts. All surveys will include: Stock Condition Surveys HHSRS Assessments RDSAP Assessments The ideal candidate will have experience in Stock Condition, ideally candidates will have a background in Domestic Energy in order to carry out RDSAP assessments. All surveys will be on a paid by survey basis
