    The UK Marketing team is looking for a strategic marketing leader. In this role, you will have the opportunity to lead a product marketing and insights team whose mission is to help all our customers understand the value of QuickBooks' connected ecosystem of solutions, including industry-leading products: QuickBooks Accounting, Payroll, Invoicing & Payments, MailChimp and the Apps Marketplace.This is a unique opportunity for a highly motivated and experienced strategic marketing leader to develop and drive growth strategies for the UK market. With a broad remit spanning market opportunity identification, informing the product portfolio, market research and insights, developing product positioning, launching new products, defining customer segmentation & targeting, and delivering best-in-class end-to-end customer experiences - focused on solving our customers' biggest problems while delivering a positive business impact. Our ideal candidate has prior experience working in tech, building marketing strategies and launching new products or digital services.

    Responsibilities
    • Playing a key role alongside Product Management, Design, Dev, and Research to bring new offerings and innovation to market and drive revenue & customer growth
    • Partner with GTM, Product Management, Experience Design & Customer Success teams to deliver your strategy, influence product roadmaps and advocate for experiences that drive product acquisition and performance results.
    • Championing a customer-first approach - solving their biggest problems and driving & executing end-to-end experiences
    • Own research agenda to inform strategic decisions while actively analysing customer & business data to generate insights and make informed decisions that drive business results.
    • Uncover qualitative and quantitative insights and leverage customer deep empathy to drive decisions and influence customer and product experiences
    • Develop and deliver pricing and business model innovation
    • Partner with the Developed Markets (global) PMM counterparts and GTM teams to shape and deliver value props, programs, and experiences across all customer touchpoints
    • Partner with analytics, finance, and business operations to define customer and business metrics and champion improving these metrics across the organization
    • Grow and develop a high performing team of product marketing leaders & managers
