Estate Agency Sales Negotiator

Commission structure:

5% property sale commission

Realistic OTE of £35,000 -£40,000 Per year but uncapped

Up to £30,000 guarantee for the first 6 months

Days:

5 days per week

Job Overview:

We are seeking a driven and experienced Estate Agency Sales Negotiator to join our client's residential sales team. The successful candidate will be responsible for selling residential properties and building relationships with sellers and buyers, arranging viewings and valuations plus negotiating deals.

Our client, a multi branch, market leading, Independent Estate and Lettings Agency are looking to recruit an experienced sales negotiator to join their award winning residential sales team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Building and maintaining relationships with clients, including potential buyers and sellers

• Arranging and following up valuations and viewings

• Advising clients on market conditions, pricing, and other relevant factors

• Negotiating sales deals on behalf of the seller and ensuring that all parties are satisfied with the outcome

• Working to and exceeding sales targets and cross selling other services

• Keeping up-to-date with market trends and pricing

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a sales negotiator

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Strong negotiation skills

• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team

• Enthusiastic, professional, and highly motivated

• Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
