Full Stack Tech Lead

.NET/React - Permanent - Hybrid

On behalf of a fantastic client, we ware resourcing for a Full Stack Tech Lead

My client is looking for someone will high levels of React on the FE and .NET or Java on the Back End.

The client's estate is Legacy Java but the are moving to .NET. Previous Java exp is desirable but more important is the flexibility to jump onto different tech and problem solve throughout.

This role is Hybrid but there is flexibility with the amount of office time.

Skills

• Experience with OOP language (eg Java or .NET core) and JavaScript/TypeScript - Essential
• Experience with React
• Experience with Agile ways of working
• CI/CD experience
• Good understanding of multiple coding languages (.NET or Java and React preferred)
• Experience with security OWASP, SQL injection
• Experience designing sophisticated solutions to meet challenging requirements
• Full SDLC experience
• Experience with (TDD) or (BDD) approach
• Experience writing automated tests at unit and integration
• Experience refactoring code to improve its overall quality and maintainability
• Experience with containerization, Docker or microservice patterns and tooling
• Experience leading teams of developers
• Architecture experience
