    Were looking for an enthusiastic estate agent to join and develop with a young forward thinking independent Estate Agent. Oakwood Estates are expanding on existing talents and are now searching for an experienced Lettings Representative to take up the position as Assistant Area Lettings Manager.

    They willhave the necessary attributes to be a champion of Residential Property Lettingsand Listings in the area. You should have previous experience in Estate Agencyand must genuinely like dealing with people in a business context and believepassionately in delivering a superior customer service. You will need drive anddetermination to succeed in winning business and creating opportunity.

    Job Description

    Experience self-motivated lettingsmanager is required to head the Lettings division and take responsibility forall the rentals and front line roles. Responsible for building up andmaintaining business with the goal to recruit more members as the divisiongrows.

    Roles

    Review team activity to ensureteam targets are being achieved
    Registering Applicants
    Booking and conducting viewings
    Provide written and verbal viewingfeedback to Landlords
    Building rapport with Landlords
    Negotiating and putting forwardoffers by written and verbal means
    Running the touting system in aquick efficient manner
    Updating the Landlord Directorywith new leads
    Calling through the LandlordDirectory and trying to secure valuations
    Matching properties and undergoingcall rounds
    Devising marketing material andassisting in marketing campaigns
    Keeping the shop window updated
    Booking and conducting valuations
    Writing up property descriptions andtaking property photos
    Managing coordination throughTeclet

    Experience /Qualifications:

    - 5 years plus experience in the Estate Agency industry
    - Previous listing experience, preferably within the area
