Key Responsibilities:

Manage and oversee all aspects of the catering department, including menu planning, food preparation, and service delivery.

Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations in accordance with industry standards and local regulations.

Recruit, train, and supervise kitchen staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment.

Maintain inventory levels, oversee stock rotation, and manage orders to minimize waste and ensure freshness.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Proven experience as a Catering Manager or relevant role, preferably in an educational setting.
• Strong leadership and managerial skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team.
• In-depth knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices in catering operations.
