Tempest are working with an excellent mixed primary School based in Southwark

This School are looking to appoint a dedicated and enthusiastic Learning Support Assistant to start as soon as possible, on a full time basis. Hours are 8.30 am to 3.30 pm. (Negotiable for the right candidate)

This is a highly rewarding role. The School are looking for individuals that are supportive, non-judgmental, patient, easy to talk to, positive and flexible. You must be able to speak to pupils in a manner which encourages and supports them, enabling you to build trusting relationships.

You will be supporting pupils across the age and ability ranges, both on a 1:1 and in small groups.

This role is ideal for graduates, experienced LSA's, Support workers and anyone who has worked with special needs. The School have also appointed Support Workers, with care experience.

School hours are 8.30 am to 3.30pm.

• Full time/part time - Monday to Friday

To be eligible the Learning Support Assistant must have:

• C grade or higher in English and Maths at GCSE
• Calm and nurturing approach
• Personable
• Reliable and hard working.
