    Influencer Performance Manager - Manchester (Hybrid Working) - £35,000 - Beauty

    Are you always up-to-date with the latest trends, viral TikTok's, and beauty must-haves? Our client is an established beauty brand with some of the industry's most popular products, and they're seeking a talented Influencer Performance Manager to lead the growth of their global influencer strategy across key territories while maintaining relationships with current influencers. Your key focus will be on TikTok Shop Affiliates and scaling our TikTok Influencer presence. You must have a proven track record of success within the TikTok Affiliate platform and be able to provide day-to-day performance analysis based on data.

    Role and Responsibilities:

    • Conduct research and identify relevant influencers in key territories.
    • Build and manage influencer partnerships from conception to execution within set budgets, including negotiating deliverables, contracts, and more.
    • Ensure a seamless experience between influencers and the brand.
    • Prepare monthly reports on influencer performance, including gifting, affiliates, retainers, and paid collaborations.
    • Scale their TikTok Influencer presence and drive revenue through affiliates on the TikTok Shop.
    • Collaborate with the wider team to suggest creative influencer marketing opportunities, such as events, collaborations, etc.
    • Stay up-to-date with our competitors' latest influencer marketing activity.
    • Manage the outreach and gifting of new and current influencers for new launches and special collaborations to ensure they stay up-to-date with our latest lines and share them with their followers alongside the Senior Influencer Executive.
    • Act as a direct contact for our retainers, monitoring contract end dates to ensure timely refresh or move to new retainers, ensuring they have all the products needed to fulfil their duties as ambassadors, and making sure they hit their individual targets for posts and support.
    • Provide support to the Social Team with their tasks if extra resources are needed.

    • Confident with the TikTok Shop Affiliate Platform.
    • Excellent at reporting and highlighting key areas for growth and improvement.
    • Creative and forward-thinking, with your finger on the pulse of the latest influencer trends.
    • Comfortable working autonomously and managing your team's workload.
    • Confident with presenting to senior management.
    • Data-driven.
    • Passionate about the beauty industry.
