    We have an incredible opportunity to join us here at Phoenix Group as an IT Change Analyst to join our Change Management team within our IT Service Operations area.

    The role
    The position entails interaction with the business focusing on maintaining change control to the highest standard but also working within very tight time frames. The primary focus will be creating and implementing change management plans that minimize employee resistance and maximize employee engagement.
    You will be required to manage I T changes through their lifecycle from submission to completion and closure of the change request analysing Post Implementation Reviews (PIR) for all changes, reviewing results from the work carried out and identifying areas of improvement for future implementations.
    Management of all documentation (including reports, agendas, and minutes) for Change Advisory Board (CAB) would be required, as well as the express handling of emergency changes. Inputting to impact assessments on other scheduled releases and ensuring that all activities are completed, retrospective or otherwise.
    You would also be required to demonstrate your knowledge of the IT Infrastructure Library (ITIL) standards and the principles of service delivery.

    We are looking for an experienced IT Change Analyst who understands the principles and processes for delivering Change Management internally and externally.
    In this role, you should be highly analytical and able to understand business needs. Excellent communication skills, attention to detail and problem-solving abilities are essential.
    The post demands an individual who works as part of a wider team who can follow direction, as well as being proactive in identifying areas for enhancement of the service. The individual will be responsible for facilitating the Change management function for our customers, ensuring that exceptional standards of customer satisfaction are achieved.
