    Our client: Part of a larger group, this hotel is a renowned 4-star hotel boasting 150 luxurious rooms, and they are looking for a talented and detail-oriented Head Housekeeper to lead their housekeeping team and maintain their impeccable standards of cleanliness and organization.

    Job Summary: As the Head Housekeeper, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the day-to-day operations of the housekeeping department. You will be responsible for ensuring that the guest rooms, public areas, and other facilities meet the highest standards of cleanliness, while leading and motivating a team of housekeeping staff. This role requires strong leadership skills, a keen eye for detail, and excellent communication abilities.

    Responsibilities:

    • Supervise and coordinate daily housekeeping activities, including room cleaning, laundry, and public area maintenance.
    • Develop and implement standardized procedures to achieve consistent cleanliness throughout the hotel.
    • Train, coach, and motivate housekeeping staff, ensuring they follow established protocols and meet performance goals.
    • Schedule and assign duties to team members to optimize efficiency and productivity.
    • Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms and common areas to ensure compliance with hotel standards.
    • Oversee inventory management of housekeeping supplies and equipment, ensuring adequate stock levels are maintained.
    • Handle guest complaints or issues related to housekeeping promptly and professionally.
    • Collaborate with other hotel departments to ensure seamless operations and guest satisfaction.

    Requirements:

    • Proven experience as a Head Housekeeper or similar role.
    • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
    • Strong leadership skills, capable of leading, motivating, and training a diverse team.
    • Proficient computer skills, including experience with housekeeping management systems
