Building services design position for a junior to intermediate Cad technician. Excellent Salary Fantastic working environment and range of benefits You will be involved in working closely with the companies clients, their design partners and internal team members. The role will involve Cad drawings production, project and information management in relation to project delivery. You will also get the chance to learn and develop into a REVIT technician. You will work on a wide variety of schemes including schools, industrial facilities, decarbonisation schemes, commercial offices, residential and student accomodation. You will be encouraged to develop your design skills and will potentially be exposed to design team meetings where BIM can be shared with local and national architects, developers and end user clients. Our client is a very successful building services design consultancy with a strong order book in some exciting sectors. They are looking for someone who: • Has a hands on approach to drawing production • Likes to have input into processes and problem solving • Possesses excellent communication skills and is capable of transmitting their passion for Engineering to clients, other professions and the team. • It would be beneficial if you had knowledge and experience of using AutoCad and REVIT MEP software. The firm have over 40 years experience, they are one of the regions leading providers of building services design solutions. The firm have a very low staff turnover and employ 14 staff who are a range of ages and levels of experience
