    HR Administrator £(phone number removed), Boroughbridge,Temporary to permanent opportunity, on site parking, generous pension scheme, health shield plan, flexible hybrid working options. We are currently recruiting an HR Administrator to join this well established multinational company based near Boroughbridge. With a vast amount of experience in providing customers with high end products and services we are looking for someone to join the team to be part of the future success of this growing business. The main purpose of this HR Administrator role is to support the HR operations internally. You will have a good eye for detail and good people skills, able to communicate effectively with empathy and consideration. You will be required to update systems, procedures and employee handbooks, manage the on boarding process of new employees and manage exit interviews. Key Responsibilities: Maintain and update the company HR systems Review current on boarding process for new employees Manage all future on boarding paperwork including contracts, eligibility to work documents and references update holiday and sickness records Review the current one to one appraisal process and update Review the current employee handbook Review and identify areas to update and improve on the training documentation Work collaboratively with management across internal departments to improve and develop processes Oversee health and safety manuals and videos Provide help and support on the ISO Audit submission Requirements: Good communication and organisational skills Proven administration skills Previous experience in a HR environment CIPD level 3 preferred but not essential Previous experience in the above areas preferred You will be available to start on a temporary to permanent basis Own transport required due to location Company Culture: This company fosters a collaborative and innovative environment, providing opportunities for professional growth.
