We are looking to recruit an enthusiastic, dynamic, experienced Lettings coordinator to undertake Inventory work for an established, highly rated Independent Estate Agency in Dudley
The position would require the self-motivated candidate to organise and carry out the following tasks for a large portfolio of Managed Properties throughout the Midlands Area using bespoke Software
- Ingoing inventories on a range of properties
- Mid Term Inspections and forced MTI's where necessary (being responsible for checking and installing Smoke and CO alarms - often working at height) and informing Landlords of outcomes
- Final inspections, liaising between outgoing tenants, landlords, contractors and utility suppliers (usually online) as necessary, working closely with our Accounts team to allocate deposits
- Updating software and collating documents to ensure compliance on a daily basis
- Weekly, in-person compliance checks on multi-let properties
- Other duties as required within a busy lettings team as required
The right candidate must have
- Relevant property experience
- Excellent customer service skills and attitude
- High drive and motivation and be a self-starter
- The ability to multi-task
- Confidence with computerised software/online packages
- The ability to work with a range of clients and properties
- An ability to work on their own initiative as well as part of a team

- Hols entitlement will be 20 days + Bank Hols for the 1st 12mths, rising to 25 days + Bank hols from then on, the first 3 months being probationary.
