Position: Site Manager with enhanced DBS

Rate: 280 per day CIS

Location: Shepherds Bush

Length of Contract: On going

Company Overview: My Client is a recognised national contractor who undertake education projects throughout London.

Position: We require a Site Manager to manage the refurbishment of a school in Shepherds Bush, West London. It requires the refurbishment of classrooms with the addition of new classrooms. You will be responsible for all site activities, site H&S and all paperwork including permits. As the school will be open, it also calls for someone with an Enhanced DBS.

The contract starts in 2 weeks runs for 2 months with future, long-term work to follow.

Individual: The right candidate is someone with a proven track record in new build projects, overseeing crane lifts with a valid CSCS Card, First Aid, SMSTS and Enhanced DBS.

You will be experienced all sire paperwork and be computer literate.

Further long term work can be offered for the right candidate.
