An experienced professional coming from a Broker or Underwriter background is required for a new opportunity as Platform Support Analyst for a long-established technology company within the insurance industry.
You will be the insurance expert within the support team, providing clients with high quality technical support and detailed guidance to the wider team. The right candidate will have extensive knowledge with the insurance industry, specifically in Brokerage or Underwriting. You will develop a deep technical knowledge and skill set, so a drive to learn and adapt is key.
The Role:- Support customers with in-depth technical knowledge on all product applications. This will be through multiple channels, such as via phone, email, web and occasionally in-person.
- Provide insurance knowledge and experience to the Support team members, being the go-to for insurance queries.
- Work with senior managers to develop and improve Support team processes and systems
- Assist in the identification of opportunities to adjust and automate processes
- Learn and develop technical knowledge in data diagnoses, working with Scripting languages and JSON data
The Requirements:- Experience of working for an Insurance Broker/Underwriter
- Prior experience of resolving business problems and queries in an Insurance environment
- Technical aptitude and a keen interest in new technologies
- Ability to work outside of office hours on a rota'd basis
- Full UK Right to Work, no sponsorship options available
The Overview:- Up to £50,000 depending on experience
- Fulltime permanent role
- Hybrid flexibility - 2 days in office required
- Central London office, close to major transport links
