Reports to: Broker Finance Manager Responsibilities of the role (What we want you to do) Daily reconciliations of customer payments against company internal system checking all details are correct before agreeing and updating our system Monthly Reconciliations of customer and insurer accounts against company internal system checking all details are correct before agreeing and updating our system Ensuring all Direct Debit funding is allocated and reconciled on our Direct Debit facility Setting up loans where required or processing amendments and ensuring all amounts and payments reconcile. Sending statements and chasing outstanding policies for reconciliation Sending out weekly statements to customers and chasing up outstanding debt Assisting with recording and reconciliation of our client monies Resolving any accounts queries that arise from insurer statements and daily paymentsSuccess Measures (What success in the role looks like) Achieve all daily and monthly targets in a consistent manner Ensure insurer statements are reconciled within agreed time scales Operate within FCA guidelines for client monies, minimising compliance risks Maintain a positive relationship with Insurers.Experience (What you need to have already done to be right for this role) Experience of juggling tasks and prioritising Experience of working in a fast-paced environment.
