Maintenance Surveyor

Hours: 40 hours per week

Days: Monday - Friday

Duration: Permanent

Duties: Supporting the Operations Manager in the investigation, identification and resolution of maintenance issues by: Carrying out property inspections, prior to , during and after completion of works, Providing specifications including scope of works, materials quantities, budgeted costs and estimated timescales for completion of works, Maintaining property records, Liaison with residents, delivery teams, trade staff and where required external contractors, Ensuring compliance to health and safety, quality standards and construction related regulations. Experience: Must have up to date knowledge and awareness of technical, statutory and regulatory requirements, standards and best practice in relation to the delivery of maintenance services. Must have previous surveying experience and the ability to interpret specifications and prepare schedules of works and materials takes offs, Must have the ability to plan, track and forecast the safe delivery of customer focused works within agreed timescales and budgets. Must be able to take ownership and manage workload on own initiative as well as working as part of a team. Must have full driver's licence and own transport.
