I'm currently working with a Niche consultancy who specialise in Fund Monitoring consultancy. They are leading the market in this field, with offices across the UK and with the biggest dedicated Fund Monitoring team of any independent consultancy. This excellent consultancy is looking to add a Fund Monitoring Surveyor to their Manchester team.

Ideally you will be MRICS Chartered, as either a Building Surveyor, Quantity Surveyor or Project Manager, with Project Monitoring experience. You will be coming on board to work across a range of sectors, including residential and mixed-use projects, and will be working with major banks, lenders and funds.

You will be joining a growing, thriving team with an enviable client list and strong work pipeline. These guys are happy to remunerate very well and also support very flexible working arrangements (even before Covid!).
