We are currently recruiting for an excellent opportunity with a highly regarded house builder for a project based QS. The client is a leading housebuilder known for quality product and finish, excellent locations and varied build types and for treating and incentivise their staff exceptionally. With the potential to move into a Senior role in the future, the candidate will need to have experience within the new build housing sector and have drive, ambition and ability to run the commercial aspect of a live site as a number one QS reporting into the Commercial Manager.
